When I said "a new laptop", I meant "new to me". It's not new in the retail sense: it's a newer used laptop. It's an IBM ThinkPad X31. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but according to my brother, it has a 40G hard drive and 1G of RAM. The other stats I don't know yet. It currently has some version of Windows on it, probably XP. But it won't for long. I'm going to install Debian on it, of course. Probably Squeeze. -- .''`.
