SpamAssassin has blocked mail from:

  The EFF
  Bruce Schneier, ie the periodic Cryptogram
  My ISP (my quarterly invoices)
  A computer store I was buying parts from

SA is great, but certainly not perfect.  That's where whitelisting comes in.
