I have had the same problem recently. PDF's seem to be sent to the printer, but nothing gets printed. This is up-to-date Lenny, with CUPS 1.3.11-1+b1, and a Brother HL5250DN printer, which suggests that the problem is not with CUPS itself or the printer or printer drivers. Something like conversion to postscript maybe. I have no pdftops installed. (I suppose a2ps is what would be used on my system.) It used to work fine, but no more. I work around it by converting to postscript some other way and printing the .ps file. regards cgm -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
