It's asking for the Debian mirror location to download from, but you gave it
a jigdo address so it sounds like it got stuck in a loop.  From the Debian
instructions here http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/:

"At the prompt "Debian mirror", enter http://ftp.*XY*.debian.org/debian/,
where *XY* is the two-letter code for your country (for example, us, de, uk.
See the current list of available ftp.XY.debian.org
locations<http://www.debian.org/mirror/list>
.)"
