This has resulted in Smart error messages in user space, where it has caused many (users) to wonder wtf. It is still the same info, Smart enabled drives, you probably didn't test with smartctl very often, at least I didn't. AFAIKT, if ' Reallocated_Sector_C, & ' Offline_Uncorrectable' equal zero the drive firmware is still doing its job of remapping bad blocks.
