Actually, I'd say that the majority of suggestions boil down to "use a better email client". I know mutt supports reply-to-list (I'm using it right now) and I'm pretty sure I've seen people here saying that Thunderbird supports it natively in the latest version (and with a plugin in earlier versions). A couple others have also been mentioned, though their names elude me at the moment.
