I've unsuccessfully tried to compile the latest version of Kismet. Each time I run the configure script it errors out complaining about not being able to find lstdc++ and, yes, I have g++ and the stdc++-dev packages installed, etc. Bug 534884 is open by the maintainer stating packaging of the new version was hoped for by mid July. So far it has not showed so I tried my hand at building it manually which I've done many a time for various other packages.
I'm just hoping someone out there has discovered how to convince the configure script that libstdc++ really does exist. - Nate >> -- "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds.
