There is a repository at http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net/debian-kernel, but it appears to be down currently. So grab 2.6.31 from www.kernel.org and apply the patches mentioned in http://bgoglin.livejournal.com/18559.html. It's not convenient, and IMO the transition of xorg to testing should have been delayed further, but now it is too late to look back anyway.
