You don't.  You install a different OS which will replace Debian.

If you want to take Debian (really GRUB) out of the boot process, you can 
zero-out your MBR.  Something like:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=1
should do that.

Neither of these actions will be much help if you can't figure out how to boot 
from CD.
