I would suggest using the netselect package. Assuming it is not already installed, use;
apt-get install netselect Then run; netselect-apt stable (or testing or unstable as the case may be). This will generate a new sources.list file in the directory from which you run the command. If you then want online sources only copy this file to your /etc/apt/ directory and run apt-get update. If you want to add the online sources to your cd sources you need to add the lines from the new sources.list file to the existing one in your /etc/apt/ directory, then run apt-get update.
