too give you pointers in what to do it's wise to send you questions in
English (it the language used here).
Now.. regarding your question: Depending on the config of your
ftp-server, it's either the UNIX password or if a ftp-server password
scheme.
And reading back your mail, the lack of information regarding the ftp
software used (server sided) makes it hard to guess where to look.
