hi,

seems that you've mixed *qemu* with *kvm* packages, here my
*kvm*installation (debian testing):

$ dpkg -l | grep kvm
ii  kvm                       72+dfsg-5                  Full virtualization
on x86 hardware
ii  kvm-modules-2.6.26-2-686  72+dfsg-5+2.6.26-15lenny2  kvm modules for
Linux (kernel 2.6.26-2-686).
ii  kvm-source                72+dfsg-5                  Source for the KVM
driver


Take care to use the same versions.

NOTE: the *kvm-modules-2.6.26-2-686* package was created by compiling *
kvm-source*.
