and the following thing in syslog.conf ahmed:/var/log# more /etc/syslog.conf | grep kern kern.* -/var/log/kern.log kern.debug /var/log/iptables But nothing gets logged to /var/log/iptabels... It does show in dmesg... How can I correctly redirect logs with level "debug" to the /var/log/iptables file?
