We bought some cheapo USB PCI controllers. Normally they would be VIA and I can't recall any problem we had. And at work we stress the USB controller well. At one time we had some problems with (on-board) nVidia) USB controllers. Though those would be of the sort of things you normally wouldn't care about (those controllers tend to have a much larger jitter than others. But their "large" jitter is of the order of magnitude of 1ms). > > Any suggestions? PCI USB controllers are cheap. PCI-express ones cost a bit more. -- Tzafrir Cohen | tzaf...@jabber.org | VIM is http://tzafrir.org.il | | a Mutt's tzaf...@cohens.org.il | | best ICQ# 16849754 | | friend -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
