There are several ways to do that:
1 - use `regionset'.  But this can only be used 5 times.
2 - change your DVD's firmware (there's a web site decidated to it, tho
    I can't remember its name right now).  You'll need to boot into
    MS-DOS to run the firmware-upgrader.
3 - use several DVD drives, each one set to a particular region.
    They don't have to all be in the same machine: you can copy a DVD
    from one machine via dvdbackup and then view it on another.
