i used azureus (also known as vuze) a bittorrent client to download debian 5.0 binary 1 dvd from the site http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/5.0.0/i386/bt-dvd/ after downloading i also performed a data integrity check to see if all the chunks have been properly downloaded or not.. i found no problems and vuze began to seed the torrent.
but when i burned the image to a dvd and booted the system from it, debian installer said that some installer component was missing on the dvd. i even shifted the download to another torrent client called Deluge and performed another data check to see if i'd got all the chunks correctly.. there was no error.. how do i check if the image is valid or not??
