So, dpkg "thinks" that you want both installed, but both are only half-
installed and will need to be reinstalled.
I'd start by issuing the command:
aptitude reinstall linux-image-2.6.18-{4,6}-amd64
from bash.
Alternatively, if you only want one installed, I'd remove the one you don't
want and then reinstall the one you do want. (Don't reboot in between, it
is bad to have your only kernel package be half-installed.)
If aptitude fails you, you might have to drop down to using dpkg directly to
"force-remove" the one you don't want, but read enough documentation to be
confident with what you are doing. (It is fairly easy to break your system
if you start forcing actions with dpkg.)
