Hi all,

After an upgrade, gnome-power-manager (version 2.22.1) can't suspend anymore, it does absolutely nothing. I supposed that what it does is call the dbus-send command. Therefore i tried suspending using that module explicitly:

l...@olympe:~/bin$ dbus-send \
> --session \
> --dest=org.freedesktop.PowerManagement \
> --type=method_call \
> --print-reply \
> --reply-timeout=2000 \
> /org/freedesktop/PowerManagement \
> org.freedesktop.PowerManagement.Suspend
method return sender=:1.0 -> dest=:1.13 reply_serial=2*

*
I made sure that i'm in the powerdev group.

Any ideas?

Cheers!
