Start here http://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller/FAQ then go to
question #10 and then click another link and then another link...you
will get to the bottom line: Booting DebianInstaller from floppy-disks
is discontinued since Lenny.
but...If you tell us why you need to use floppy disc, if you have
another system installed and what hardware you have to use, we maybe
able to find another way for you to start the install.
