While we are at it, on topic again: Wikipedia is often a good starting point to get an overview of different software and openvpn is the one I can see at first glance that is featured on the wikipedia site AND is present in debian [1]. FWIW, OP just asked, if there is any vpn server software in debian. OP did not ask about opinions on different options available.
