I could not print from my wife's account today, it said kdeprintd not started.
I tried to go to the print manager web interface, 192.168.2.1:631 and it said
it was not running ( the interface). Then i tried to go to the control
center-services, and it said KDED was not running, so it wouldn't let me get
there.
weird..
She is running KDE/Kmail, this is Debian Lenny, freshly updated.
logging out/back in seems to have fixed it. was there something in a recent
update that I should have noted?? I'm not used to logging people in/out for
normal updates.

I, uh, plugged in a USB stick 3 days ago, and it crashed my PC. No other USB
stick but this one in particular does this, and I don't know why. It has a
bootlable puppy linux on it, but all other PCs mount it just fine.
