For POP and IMAP, the simplest route I've found is Dovecot (also available as a Debian package). That's also pretty functional out of the box. I've never needed to access much documentation on Dovecot, but Postfix has a very good web site. The little I've needed, Dovecot looked pretty well done, too. Try: http://www.postfix.org and http://www.dovecot.org I remember when I was a total Inet newbie, Webmin saved my life by making really basic configuration much easier and more understandable: http://www.webmin.com - -- Glenn English [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkkrTzkACgkQ04yQfZbbTLZ0igCbBjQNLvoNoB8+6ECsrDlPwXNk 4d8AoJZKkoRZ/l7D9QSaZXjm9I3sk4p+ =koyV -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
