I am using 2.6.26 from the debian sources with iwl3945 on a Thinkpad and I have noticed no problems. I am using wireless-tools from lenny and the latest firmware-iwlwifi package. I do get timeouts sometimes if the signal quality is too low. What do you do to make aircrack-ng work? 'aireplay-ng -9 wlan0' always fails for me. Perhaps that is the difference?
