ffmpeg -i foo.mp4 -acodec mp3 -ab 160k -ac 2 -ar 44100 foo.mp3
This will create a stereo, 160kbit/s, 44.1Hz MP3 file. It's probably a
good ide to install ffmpeg from debian-multimedia.org.
