auth,authpriv.*;cron.none /var/log/auth.log *.*;auth,authpriv,cron.none -/var/log/syslog cron.* /var/log/cron.log daemon.* -/var/log/daemon.log kern.* -/var/log/kern.log lpr.* -/var/log/lpr.log mail.* -/var/log/mail.log user.* -/var/log/user.log uucp.* /var/log/uucp.log ftp.* /var/log/ftp.log I see /var/log/syslog filled with below garbage lines: ... Sep 8 11:05:20 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 11:25:20 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 11:45:21 arge -- MARK -- ... Sep 8 12:05:21 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 12:25:21 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 12:45:21 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 13:05:22 arge -- MARK -- Sep 8 13:25:22 arge -- MARK -- ...
