Add the 'kernel_headers' target on the end: fakeroot make-kpkg --append-to-version "-realtime" \ --revision "20080814" --us --uc --initrd kernel_image \ kernel_headers as in the second example (for the realtime-lsm stuff) on that page. The backslashes are simply to allow the line breaks, of course; you don't need them if you type it all on one line.
