Hi, If you look into the email headers, you find these lines : List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Subscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> You should try to ask help, it will give you all the available commands.
