That's not a modem in the 770, it's another sound card with the wrong connector (ie, a "winmodem"). Google verifies this. It can't modulate or demodulate on it's own, it has to offload it to software running on the main CPU: Pretty close to the exact opposite of a modem. -- Paul Johnson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
