I did pull stumps with our family's old 72 Dodge Dart (225 slant 5). Did it too with my 1981 volvo (did everything with that beast). Also with my 79 T-bird: engine and AOD out of an 86 CrownVick but left the diff alone: mileage like a Honda Civic on the highway (7 L/100 Km), mileage like a sherman tank in the city.
