Hello,

i installed Ubuntu Dapper (actually OpenExchange Express) on a IBM xSeries 225
server.

Everything works fine except of the tape drive connected to the second bus of
the ServeRAID-5i card.

The tape drive is not detected on boot:

I read that someone solved the problem by recompiling the kernel using the
.config file from Knoppix.

Please someone can tell me which is the magic setting in the Knoppix' config
file?

Any help would be much appreciated!
