Hey group. I get an error when starting up kde that says that sound cannot be initialized because it cannot open /dev/dsp. I tried looking for a man page on dsp but there wasn't any. I assume that it has something to do with the file permissions on /dev/dsp and that all I have to do is to use chmod on the file, but I don't want to mess anything up. I have included an ls -l of /dev/dsp*.
