A page which contains the list of packages on each CD would be very useful. For testing, unstable this list changes daily. So there is no point in providing that. The exact file name depends upon your architecture, whether you are using stable, testing, unstable etc., As a side note, let me say that the knowledge of which CD contains what package is immaterial if your debian box is connected to the internet. In such a case, all it takes is apt-get install <packagename> and no need to download the CD images at all.
