The article itself is quite confusing. Which is quite expected of a site
using a confusing name such as "intelectual property".
IP- and/or Corporate-watch are good critical research-sites on the
internet and contain sometimes a treasure of information on the
manipulations of states and/or corporations on the *alleged* ownership
of anything you can imagine, w.o.w. 'intellectual property'.
for you i have a friendly advice: you could read some more on this
important topic if you consider this article confusing.
