Thanks for posting that, I really enjoyed reading that. I Asimov was a
forward thinker. To write that in his time(1958), even now it has
context and is believable...
But at only 49 years old it is unlikely to be out of copyright! A lot of the items on that site may be in the public domain, but an Asimov short story is unlikely to be one of them. I see nothing on the site that suggests that this individual has checked for copyright on the text that he has posted. He only says that the items are things that interest him.

I know that most people don't think about these things, but my wife is a librarian, so she always does, and it has gotten me into the habit of thinking about it, too.
