Not quite. The reason Lenny is stuck at 2.0.0.8 is that the current version is not built on arm: http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=iceweasel In testing all architectures must be in sync, so iceweasel cannot get in. This is a fairly common problem; the great number of architectures Debian supports is actually a big disadvantage for testing users on the major platforms.
