For anyone who might be interested in this, I have found a handful of
mATX boards that are still being sold that might work, but reports are
mixed and the manufacturers say 'NO' so I'm not going to risk that.
I did find this one:

which is exactly what I'm looking for. The only issue now is
availability - no one seems to have it...
