actually, i made sure i810 was on the system (already was), then did dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg with immense improvement in quality of video motion: e'thing very smooth. but here and there the color is a bit strange. any ideas on this? also, at the beginning of the configuration procedure it asks to choose between xorg and xfree86. what is the diff? what should i probably choose? tom -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
