I've been on Etch for about a year. Still learning ins and outs. I installed the dictd server for local use only (I hope). I'm behind NAT router etc, but when I do nmap on local network, it says:
Not shown: 1677 closed ports PORT STATE SERVICE 111/tcp open rpcbind 113/tcp open auth 2628/tcp open dict I installed the dict server only for my local machine, so wondering why it shows open?
