There is a huge difference between that server card and
a desktop card.

Unless you need a card for a big corporate server (do you?),
you probably don't want that card. It has 4 Ethernet ports
and some type of off loading, which is totally unnecessary
on a desktop. Oh, and it costs hundreds of dollars.
