i am using seamonkey ... not in the list. so, if the CA is not in a list already, the broswer-user (client) will always be prompted unless they permanently add to their CA list. Maybe try CACert http://www.cacert.org/ to get a free certificate. They are on the list to be added to Firefox as trusted CA but Mozilla's CA additions take a long time to be added.
