In debian/control file: Is there a way that I can exclude some package version in package dependency list. I understand that the current relationships between packages are: <<, <=, =, >= and >> for strictly earlier, earlier or equal, exactly equal, later or equal and strictly later, respectively. But is there a plan to add sth. like != for NOT equal?
