Hi

Recently I accepted the OpenOffice.org2.2 suite as a package upgrade on my Lenny/Testing machine. So far, all is well, except for some little apparent quirk on the Quickstarter. I haven't tested this on other WM/DEs yet, but at least with GNOME I find that the option to "open document" in the Quickstarter is only available for the first time it is used. Thereafter, it is greyed out and I have to use the first option "text document" and then open an existing document from a new text document. It is not a major issue, but it is a bit of a pita and certainly was not the case in the previous Testing release of OOo.

Has anyone else had any similar experience with the OOo2.2 Quickstarter? If so, is there a known fix/workaround? Is this a bug (rather than a "feature" :-) ) and has a report been filed yet?

Cheers

Andy
