The last line of /etc/adjtime is "LOCAL".

In fact, after some Google searching, I wonder if the problem doesn't
come from the way the kernel access /dev/rtc. I've read somewhere taht
you qometimes have to add the "--directisa" to hwclock. I've tried and
it seems to work. I will see tomorrow when I'll restart my machine.
