Assuming that Blackdown goes in a standard mozilla plugin directory,
install the konqueror-nsplugins package.  It itself is a plugin for Konq
that finds and integrates plugins in the mozill plugin directories.

Yes, since in both cases, the plugin is in the mozilla plugin location.

Other than this, I don't know since I've never used Java.
