Nobody gets these devices appearing in their /dev directory???

usbdev1.1_ep81  usbdev1.2_ep03  usbdev1.2_ep83  usbdev1.4_ep81

usbdev1.2_ep00  usbdev1.2_ep81  usbdev1.4_ep00  usbdev1.4_ep82
usbdev2.4_ep00  usbdev2.4_ep88

Does anyone know what to do with them???
