The vt100 had a special setup screen for "setting tab stops", though I
don't know what exactly was effected by it[*] -- nobody in their right
mind ever actually used that feature...

[*] E.g.., whether it changed the interpretation of TAB characters, or
needed some special escape codes to use, etc.
