I have determined that it isn't just bzflag that has segmentation faults, xmms, and pan are also affected. Does anyone know off the top of their heads what package or packages that were recently upgraded is used by all three of these programs? If this can't be resolved I plan to use apt-pinning to go back to stable and hopefully that will clear up my problems.
