This is one for the books! I opened, from a new installation, the main page of 'phppgadmin' & 'phpmyadmin' one after the other in iceweasel & then in Konquerer. In iceweasel they both performed as they should, however, in konquerer phppgadmin did not work but phpmyadmin did. The error message is: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /phppgadmin/ on this server.
