In Judaism, there are multiple aspects/faces of God, some of which are feminine. Try googling the word "Shekhinah," for example.

Hebrew is one of those languages that doesn't have a neutral tense, and many of the words for God are masculine, but they're also used in the plural, which has feminine declinations (it's a very bizarre language).
