Yes, that is correct. I'm utterly confused, especially since I found that specifying '--driver=cdr_simul', so simulating a CD-R drive, works! If I do this, I _do_ get a table of contents. Strange, isn't it? I'm going to compile the latest cdrtools from the cdrtools home page when I have time. Maybe this is already fixed...
